I am always happy and willing to produce bespoke items especially for you. Please use the Send a Message form to give me an idea of your requirements and we will contact you to discuss further.

Returns
If you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packing. Return postage will be at the purchasers expense. Refunds will be made via original payment method.

Damaged or faulty goods
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact me by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt. I will advise on how to proceed. Please keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Please do not return anything before contacting us.
